This section details the large-scale locations, islands, and major underground facilities managed by Apollo Engineering.
Known Islands
Gateway
The name given to the in-game map, which is the unofficial name in lore. It is described as the ‘gateway’ to Tartarus.
The Reserve
An undefined Hunting Lodge island that allows people to ‘hunt’. Most of the island is for hunting in a natural environment, with a (likely giant) fence line protecting the “commercial area” of the island.
Tartarus
A theorized massive holding facility and/or creation facility for strains and other creations, such as The Matriarch in Legacy.
- It has been used as a threat as a holding area for employees who betray company secrets.
- It is referred to in Incident Report #████: [AUGUSTUS] and File Recovery: USGX-9921-C578.
- As noted, Gateway may be located near or above it, but access is currently unknown.
Known Facilities
Archive 7
An (unknown size and location) individual or series of Storage Units/Drives used for ‘archival’ purposes.
- It is likely ‘fully digital’, like a computer drive.
- It is known to include materials like unaltered footage, migrational data, and full annotated video evaluations.

G.U.T.S. (GUTS)
A large underground system of tunnels and buildings (subsections), likely used for moving around with minimal dinosaur-interaction.
Developer Quote: "GUTS stops the moment you enter the topside open space. The metro itself is not part of GUTS."
There is no current OFFICIALLY known meaning to its acronym besides “Generic Underground Transportation System”, an unofficial meaning by Dondi.
G.U.T.S. Subsections
- (The/A) Hub: A large layout composed of one main room and several smaller side areas, supporting multiple paths.
- Industrial Sector Hub: Contains a loading area with side administration offices and a security overlook. It is commonly found as a facility entrance checkpoint or to connect R&D or work sectors.
- LAB IX / LAB 9: A several-floor underground complex (at two levels) that may contain an armory, various offices, testing rooms, etc.
