Incident Reports & Recovered Files

This section details the in-universe documents, files, and reports recovered from Apollo Engineering systems.

Incident Reports

INCIDENT_REPORT#2331 [AUGUSTUS]

  • Subject: AUGUSTUS / 174, a Herrerasaurus.
  • Event: Identified as the first and only documented HERRERASAURUS to demonstrate the emergent behavioral ability to climb after destroying cameras at GW_H4.
  • Outcome: Herrerasaurus development was re-based upon the template of AUGUSTUS / 174. All replications and natural offspring could subsequently climb. Management selected him for OLYMPUS relocation and entombment, and all additional replicants remained in Tartarus.

INCIDENT SUMMARY - CLASSIFICATION: ERRANT-291

  • Event: An incident summary referring to an employee who was detained near the D Section interior after “SHIFT” and suffered a mysterious fatal cardiac arrest.
  • Context: The report contains several blacked-out words. A second paper shows an abstract map of an unknown SITE.

INCIDENT_REPORT#████ - INTRUDER

  • Subject: Tyrannosaurus Rex SYNTH (v3.1.2) named “INTRUDER”.
  • Event: Showcases several clips relating to site-wide disturbance of fauna on Gateway by infrasound/subharmonic frequencies at around -14 to -15Hz.
  • Outcome: Audio visualization and analysis identified the source as INTRUDER. This ability was noted as a potential iterative mutation and the first specimen to produce in the infrasound range (a potential atavism).

Recovered Files

File Recovery: #USGX-9921-C578 - Diabloceratops TCAM

  • File: #USGX-9921-C578, Post-Injection Evaluation, R: Nutrient Metabolism, Diabloceratops 0.1.2
  • Description: A corrupted video containing footage from Trail Cameras 1393 (destroyed) and 1462 (recovered). It highlights the earliest defining behaviors of Diabloceratops 0.1.2.
  • Context: The video compiled other material and satellite imagery to update behavior and migration documentation for field manuals.
  • Technology: This video also showcases Nutrient analysis on Anacardium occidentale (Cashews) & Citrus sinensis (Oranges), revealing the utilization of CRISPR/Cas9 technology.
